All Raptor baffles and components are crafted in-house from 100% titanium, ensuring a lightweight and durable design. The suppressor is fully welded, allowing for a tubeless construction, further enhancing its lightweight profile.

A fewer number of baffles result in a lighter and shorter suppressor but may sacrifice some sound reduction. On the other hand, adding more baffles increases the suppressor's length and weight but improves its sound suppression capabilities.
For instance, hunters who prioritize mobility and may have limited shooting requirements might opt for a Raptor model with fewer baffles, such as the Raptor 2, 4, or 6. Similarly, individuals building home defense/CQB rifles or SWAT teams aiming to maintain compact weapon profiles may prefer these options. Conversely, recreational shooters or those engaging in long-range shooting, who prioritize sound suppression over weight and length considerations, might choose a Raptor model with more baffles, such as the Raptor 6, 8, or 10, to achieve higher suppression levels.
