We offer flat-rate shipping, depending of the size of the package, via USPS, UPS & Fed Ex.  If you prefer expedited shipping, contact us by email or by phone after your order is placed. Actual shipping costs will be charged for expedited shipping, and insurance is not included. To purchase insurance notify us by email or phone after the order is placed.  If contacting us by email please include your order number.
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is processed.  If you do not receive a tracking number, please email or call us but check your junk email folder first
If the lost package is a result of a mistake by Boss Firearms, we will replace the lost item or provide a full refund.  If the lost package is the result of the courier’s mistake and insurance was purchased, we will work with you to file an insurance claim with the courier for the replacement value of the item.
Please email or call us prior to returning any product.  We will accept the return of accessories without a restocking fee as long as the package has not been opened and you contact us within 30 days of receipt.  Beyond 30 days a 25% restocking fee will apply.  Original or return shipping and insurance is not refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
We will not accept returns for firearms, silencers, special order items or ammunition.
Special orders require full payment at the time the item is ordered.
