Shipping Policy

Most orders will ship within 4 business days. The timeframe depends on how long it takes to receive the transferees FFL/SOT if needed. In order to expedite the process, please be sure to follow ALL instructions and keep an eye on your email. Once the shipping label is created you will receive an automated email with tracking information. Often these emails will end up in the junk or spam folder please check those folders prior to calling.

 Long guns will be shipped via FedEx Ground Insured to an FFL Firearm Dealer. Ammo will be shipped via FedEx Ground Insured to your address with signature required unless otherwise required by your state. Handguns will be shipped via USPS Priority to an FFL Firearm Dealer. Accessories not needing an FFL will be shipped via USPS Priority to your address. Accessories needing an FFL (lower receivers, suppressors etc.) will be shipped via USPS Priority to an FFL Firearm Dealer. *because firearm dealers are legally required to ship handguns via USPS Priority, if your order contains a handgun and a long gun, your order will be split into two shipments.

 

The following is a list of government-mandated shipping restrictions that we believe are currently in force. This summary is being provided as a convenience and is not intended to be conclusive. It is up to the User to determine the laws in User’s state and local jurisdiction.

 

1. You must be 21 years of age or older to order to order ammunition. Age verification ID upload is required using the "file upload" feature on the product page. 

2. We do not ship outside the United States of America.

California:

No magazines over 10 rounds will be shipped to customers with shipping addresses in CA except to law enforcement or customers with high-capacity magazine permit.

 

Chicago and other counties within Illinois:

No magazines over the below capacities will be shipped to customers with addresses in the following areas.

 

Aurora, Illinois: Maximum capacity of 15 rounds.

 

Cook County, Illinois: Maximum capacity of 10 rounds.

 

Chicago, Illinois: Maximum capacity of 10 rounds.

 

Colorado:No magazines over the capacity of 15 rounds will be shipped to customers with shipping addresses in CO.

 

Connecticut: No magazines over the capacity 10 rounds will be shipped to customers with shipping addresses in CT. As of 10/1/13 in order to comply with CT Senate Bill No. 1160 magazines holding 10 rounds or less can only be purchased if buyer provides a copy of driver's license and one of the following: state handgun carry permit, long gun certificate, or ammunition certificate.

 

District of Columbia: No magazines over the capacity of 10 rounds will be shipped to customers with shipping addresses in DC.

 

Hawaii:No magazines over the capacity of 10 rounds that are compatible with any pistol (to include magazines compatible with both a pistol and rifle) will be shipped to customers with shipping addresses in HI.

 

Maryland:No magazines over the capacity of 10 rounds will be shipped to customers with shipping addresses in MD.

 

Massachusetts:No magazines over the capacity of 10 rounds will be shipped to customers with shipping addresses in MA.

 

New Jersey: No magazines over the capacity of 10 rounds will be shipped to customers with shipping addresses in NJ.

 

New York: No magazines over the capacity of 10 rounds will be shipped to customers with shipping addresses in NY.

 

Vermont: No magazines over the capacity of 10 rounds for rifles and over 15 rounds for pistols will be shipped to customers with shipping addresses in VT.

 

Ammunition shipments must go to one of the following if you live in any of the below states: 

 

A licensed ammunition vendor with a copy of their license on file

– A Federally licensed dealer (FFL) with a copy of their license on file

– A type 03 FFL (C&R) with a certificate of eligibility (COE) and both licenses on file

– A law enforcement agency with written authorization from the head of the agency stating that the ammunition is for official use

Please follow the instructions at the bottom of your order confirmation. Your order will not ship until we have their FFL on file. 

 

6. Connecticut:

You can place your order but prior to shipping we require additional documentation. We require state issued pistol permit, long gun certificate, or ammunition certificate AND driver’s license on file. Please use the "file upload" on the product page BEFORE adding to cart. 

7. Illinois

Illinois: We cannot ship to the following areas:

Cook County

Illinois: You can place your order but prior to shipping we require additional documentation. 

Require FOID  on file, please use the "file upload" on the product page BEFORE adding to cart. 

8. New York

We cannot ship to the following areas:

1. New York City

2. Five Boroughs (Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, The Bronx, Staten Island)

We can ship to companies in NY registered as a FFL. We will need a copy of their FFL, please follow the instructions at the bottom of your order confirmation. Your order will not ship until we have their FFL on file. 

9. New Jersey

We can ship to NJ after certain requirements are met. We require firearms/ammunition ID uploaded using the "file upload" feature on the product page. 

*** If you live in any of the states mentioned above that require additional documentation for the purchase of ammo and that documentation is not uploaded using the "file upload" feature on the product page, your order will be canceled and refunded and you will be charged a restocking fee of 20%***

 

 

 

*** If you live in any of the above states that require shipping to an FFL, you are required to follow the instructions at the bottom of the order confirmation email. That form will send an email to your FFL dealer of choice. The shipping address on your order and address on the FFL MUST match.
