This is a new Surefire four prong flash hider and silencer adaptor which fits M4/M16 weapons and variants with 1/2x28 RH muzzle threads Its four-tine design significantly reduces muzzle flash - typically greater than 99% compared to a bare muzzle - delivering extreme signature reduction and rugged dependability. With multiple bearing surfaces that ensure proper silencer alignment, the FH556RC-1/2-28 serves as a rock-solid mounting platform for any SureFire SOCOM Fast-Attach(R) silencer.     First time using one on my mk18 clone build , with alot of good comments. Excellent hider and works well with my Surefire rc2 and highly recommend !!
