Description

This is a new AB Suppressor Raptor 6 suppressor chambered for 5.56mm. All Raptor baffles and Raptor components are made in-house from 100% titanium and is fully welded to allow for a tubeless design which is inherently very lightweight. The fewer the baffles, the lighter and shorter the Raptor becomes, at the consequence of reduced overall sound performance. Conversely, as more baffles are added, the Raptor becomes longer, heavier, and quieter. For example, a hunter that has a lot of hiking and only a little shooting to do may opt for a Raptor 2, 4 or even 6 as would someone building a home defense/CQB rifle or a SWAT team looking to keep the overall length of their duty weapons short. Alternatively, someone shooting recreationally or long range, someone who isn’t counting ounces & inches, would likely lean towards a Raptor with 6, 8 or 10 baffles to achieve a better suppression level.
