The LMT Defense 16" Stainless Steel 5.56 NATO MRP-L Barrel Assembly (L7SB1B) is a premium match-quality barrel designed for LMT's MRP-L Monolithic Rail Platform upper receivers. Machined from stainless steel with a precision 5R rifling cut at a 1:7" twist rate, this barrel offers exceptional accuracy for competition, precision shooting, and long-range 5.56mm applications. The barrel is coated and cryogenically treated for long-term durability and sustained accuracy. LMT cryogenically treats all their barrels to relieve internal stresses and extend service life. Each barrel is individually tested for function and accuracy before shipping. Mid-length gas system provides an optimized dwell time for reliable cycling with a wide variety of 5.56 loads.
