Description
The Benchmade Meatcrafter is a long, thin fixed blade built for breaking down game after the hunt. Its 6.08" CPM-S45VN blade has a semi-stiff, trailing profile that slides along bone and through long cuts, and the full-flat grind keeps drag low over hours of processing.
The OD green G10 handle is textured so it stays secure when your hands are wet. It is a knife for the processing table at camp or at home more than an all-purpose belt knife, and it pairs well with a shorter skinner.
