The Knight's Armament 9-Rib Rail Panel (KAC PN: 97169) is KAC's extended 9-rib polymer rail panel for covering unused slots on KAC RAS Picatinny quad-rail handguards. The 9-rib panel covers a larger section of rail — approximately 9 Picatinny rail slots — in a single panel, providing a long, smooth grip surface on the handguard for comfortable bare-hand use. Used by U.S. military personnel to cover unused rail sections on SOPMOD-configured M4 and SR-15 rifles. Made from durable impact-resistant polymer.
