The North American Rescue Individual Patrol Officer Kit (IPOK) packs the core supplies for stopping serious bleeding into a small, vacuum-sealed package that fits a uniform pocket, vest pouch or range bag. NAR built it for law enforcement, and it makes sense for anyone who carries a firearm or spends time at the range.
