PMC X-TAC 5.56 NATO in 62 grain is a green-tip load with an M855-style bullet that has a steel penetrator under the full metal jacket. At 3,100 fps it is a popular range and training load for AR-15s with 1:7 or 1:8 twist barrels. Check your range's rules, since some don't allow steel-core ammunition.
