The Forward Controls Design Bolt Carrier Group — Serrated (SBCG-N-S) is FCD's Secure-Staking BCG with nitride finish and serrated texture on the bolt carrier body. The SBCG-N-S (Secure-Staking BCG, Nitride, Serrated) uses FCD's proprietary secure-staking process on the gas key for permanent, reliable gas key retention. The nitride finish provides superior corrosion resistance and reduced friction. The serrated texture on the carrier body provides maximum tactile feedback and grip when manipulating the BCG during cleaning and maintenance. All components are MPI and HPT tested to mil-spec standards.
