The Forward Controls Design Trigger Guard — Winter (TGF Winter) is FCD's enhanced winter trigger guard for AR-15/M16 pattern lower receivers. The TGF (Trigger Guard, Forward Controls) Winter variant features a larger, more open trigger guard opening than the standard mil-spec trigger guard, designed to accommodate gloved hands during cold-weather operations — eliminating the need to remove gloves to operate the trigger. Machined from billet aluminum with a hard coat anodized finish for durability, the TGF Winter is a drop-in replacement that uses standard AR-15 trigger guard roll pins. A must-have for any duty, military, or hunting AR-15 configured for cold-weather use.
